Pricing is based on the number of MSP technicians (staff) who use the platform — not by endpoint count or client user count. A "tech" is any MSP staff member with login access: engineers, admins, dispatchers, vCIOs. Client users (your customers who log into their portal) are included free in all plans.

Yes. Starter is free forever for 1 technician and up to 5 client tenants. It includes our core operations apps — Dispatch, Scope, and People. No credit card required. We want you to experience the platform before you commit.

Professional and Business plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card required to start. When the trial ends, your account converts to read-only mode — your data is preserved for 30 days so you can upgrade at your own pace.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data is always preserved.

Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation in read-only mode. During this window, you can reactivate and pick up where you left off. After 30 days, data is securely deleted. You can export your data at any time from account settings.
